Everything you need to know before your first lesson: missed classes, weather, cancellations, and general guidelines for all swimmers and families.
If you will be staying to watch your child's lesson, you are welcome to join us in the parents' waiting area on the deck. Pool safety rules will be explained on the first day of classes.
In the event of thunder, lightning, extreme heavy rain, or hail that results in a class being cancelled, we will contact you. A minimum of 15 minutes with no inclement weather activity must pass before classes can safely resume.
A class is considered complete once it has reached the 50% mark (15 minutes of a 30-minute lesson). Classes that we cancel, or that are less than 50% complete due to weather, will be rescheduled. One weather make-up class is available per session. The weather make-up applies only to classes cancelled by us due to inclement weather.
If you do not show up for your scheduled class, there are no make-up classes available. Please do not schedule vacations or other activities during your lesson times. There are no refunds or make-ups if you choose not to attend. Lessons are for the registered swimmer only and are not transferable.
If your swimmer is unable to make it to a class, please notify us and we will do our best to arrange a make-up lesson. However, unused lessons cannot be carried over into a future session and no refund will be issued for lessons not completed within the session.
If you need to cancel your session, please let us know by text or call as soon as possible at 416-559-7882. You can also reach us by email at mr.philip.lanni@gmail.com.
If you have any concerns about how your swimmer's lessons are progressing, please speak with any of our staff at any time. We want every family to feel confident in what their swimmer is getting out of each lesson.
We are happy to answer anything before you book. Reach out any time, or go straight to booking if you are ready to secure your 2026 spot.
